It also saves time, as fewer questions or clarifications are necessary. For the employer, being aware of these requirements will clarify what exactly can be expected from a person in this position.
Work values are the values held by the workplace to help employees experience work satisfaction. Workers can for example be offered the opportunity for promotion as a work value. A value that is particularly important to human resources managers is relationships. A work environment that offers this value is conducive to an open communications policy, where co-workers are able to work well together in a way that is conducive to the benefit of the company. This is important, as human resources managers will consistently work with others, and will sometimes be required to resolve disputes.
