He may be even too tired from work to spend quality time for his personal life. As a consequence, his career may be a success but his personal life is not. As with balance, Pucci also considers harmony in work and life to be important. It is where elements must agree with each other to achieve success. For instance, balancing work and life does not necessarily guarantee success. It may happen that 8 hours a day at work is not enough to complete one's work responsibilities, thus his success in his career may not happen. In work and life harmony, aspects such as the ability of an individual to make 8 hours a day enough for work must be in harmony with the 8 hours set in his time. Pucci suggests that an effective employee will encounter more flexibilityto accomodate his professional and personal life.

Your Career in Meeting Your Needs and Goals

There are times when we see people occupy core positions in a company and yet are not happy in their life. or, there are times when we also see some who occupy a lower type of job, and yet happiness is what can be seen in their life. This is one theory where success in career is defined. Success in career does not equate with core and executive positions at work. Success in career should equate with the goal of meeting your needs and with what interest you most to become your profession. These are the principles why it is possible to have a successful personal life and career, and why it is not possible to have one.

An individual's career must lead him to happiness in his personal life. If one does not like his work, there is a tendency that his personal life will be affected. From her online article Does Your Career Meet Your Personal Needs, Barbara Moses indicates the following examples where we can derive evidences of the relationship of career and personal life when it comes to evaluating...

I'll work on an intern's salary for four weeks, and then you decide if you want to hire me."
An entry-level professional hasn't gotten around to getting a business card. "I look for people doing interesting work in a company, and then I sell my skills to them," he says.

35-year-old single mother has decided to trade in the security of her government job to pursue her dream of becoming an entertainer. "I've saved some money and put together a business plan. We'll live on very little. It may be risky, but I don't want to wake up 10 years from now wondering what would've happened 'if,' " she says.

Based on the few examples that were discussed, in conclusion, the possibility of having a successful career and a successful personal life at the same depends on various factors. However, the most important factor that controls this is the individual himself. Organizing things in his career and personal life can present him the possibility of enjoying a successful personal life and a successful career.

Personal Strengths, Weaknesses Motherhood brings out the best and worst in most women, rigorously testing qualities like patience and flexibility. There's nothing like a two-year-old's tantrum to evoke such mixed reactions as fear, anger, tolerance, and compassion. Two children at my side, I look at myself in the mirror each day through their eyes, witnessing my glaring faults. For example, I know I work too hard: I overextend myself in household

As a result of taking part in the soccer tournament I learned to trust myself more, and to be more self-confident and positive. I also learned that self-confidence is a must in all walks of life because one needs to be able to rely on oneself. Being an athlete has taught me several important lessons which I was able to translate into other areas of my life as well.

Personal Statement Up until now I have not thought of what the future has in store for me however, I dream that I become somebody, not an ordinary seventeen-year-old American, that I am today, but someone who has achieved something in life, through dedication and hard work. Superior education is the chance through which I can reach my objectives. My parents are regular middle class folks who have vision of making their
