Company Requires A Strong Human Reaction Paper

A person with good skills may not have the qualities of motivation and loyalty and so companies always have to choose from people who have a mix of all the required skills and characteristics. Diversity is an important element for an organization and so, an organization should choose people from different races and gender to maintain a balance. Yet another paradox is the recruitment process that should be followed. It is always a question of whether to choose an internal employee or go in for an open recruitment. Recruitment steps in Civil Service Staffing

There are three important steps in civil service staffing and they are planning and approval of a position, preparation of the announcement and the use of selection strategies to fill that position with the right person. The planning involves the use of strategic thinking to identify the future talent needs of the organization and based on this, a position has to be created. This requires authority and so the concerned higher official should be consulted. The next step is to advertise the job through different media. Typically, a job announcement should have the name of the organization, the salary range, description of duties, the qualifications required for the job, the application procedure, special conditions if any and the equal employment opportunity policy of the organization. The final aspect is the recruitment process of contacting the...

The main strength of this organization is the personal touch they add to the banking industry. This is possible because they cater to a small population and so they are able to meet their needs successfully. The disadvantage is the authority and the routine nature of most of the processes. Also, it is a small town that can get quite cold during winters and so it difficult to find the right people who would want to move here.
The recruitment policy starts with identifying a new position that helps them to expand the service offered to their customers or to fill an existing position. They advertise in the local newspaper and through the Internet to attract the talent. They choose the right candidate based on their qualification, experience and their ability to communicate and handle customers well. Since this is a small organization in a remote town, the chance for diversity is less and most of them are people who live in and around the region.
