After checking into the rules and regulations, George must practice honesty and meet with his superiors and discuss the options in front of him and have a better understanding of how XYZ Incorporated would react to any decision he may make. Once George has spoken to the human resources department and his superiors, he will have a better grasp of the legal and ethical ramifications of his decision. If George receives the thumbs-up from XYZ Incorporated and believes that he can still perform his job at the highest quality and be a productive manager to his staff on the Texas project he has my blessing to pursue this unique opportunity with MedTrain.
