This is because in most health facilities, the data is kept in a uniform way and the same is used for your next visit. According to the privacy law which applies to medical practitioners, confidentiality and privacy of the patient should not be compromised at all times. It is therefore important that when using health informatics, the management should respect the fundamental rights of the patient.
Conclusion
The national health care system can effectively improve its collaboration by adopting computer technologies and methodologies such as the soft systems methodology. It is therefore crucial for the government and the healthcare providers to join efforts in creating a better national health informatics system.

Personal opinion
In my opinion, I think it is appropriate if the national health system is coordinated in such a way that all the participants are equal partners. There should also be a regulatory body to take care of the virtual infrastructure; the regulatory body must work according the State, federal and local regulations. More research should be carried out in order to address issues of privacy and ethical considerations associated with the electronic transfer of private and highly sensitive (identifying) data.

A lot of evidence exists to suggest that the national healthcare system lacks coordination; Some of these are:
1. The report by Dworkin (1997) that cited a lack of coordination and resources in the national healthcare system
2. The work of Brown, Isaacs, and Krinke (2007) on the need of supporting collaborative national network for supporting breastfeeding
3. A WHO (2008) that cited a general lack of coordination and collaboration the national healthcare system.
