Ford The many different aspects of management, leadership and all the tactics inherent within these concepts provide a wide array of selections for the many aspiring business professionals and decision-makers in the corporate world today. Understanding the key components of an organizational system are beneficial in realizing the true potential of any single agency, company or organization. The organizing function of management is perhaps the greatest tool leaders have at their disposal in conducting the operations of the business interests who guide the organization. The way an organization actually organizes itself describes its purpose and reveals the true essence beyond what is perceived superficially by those who do not understand the fine subtleties of management and leadership. The purpose of this essay is to explore the organizing function of management and apply these functions to certain aspects of organizational resources. I willl use the Ford Motor Company as the example company for this exploration. By identifying how the organizing function can affect organizational resource's potential, we can learn from this example and hopefully reach a better understanding of how the business world and all of its machinations affect each and every one of us in society.

In understanding and examining organizational structure, it is important to discuss some of the aspects important in its character. Organizing includes many different aspects of management including dividing and assigning certain tasks for individuals, determining who will be responsible for these tasks and who will look after the operations of conducting these tasks. Coordinating this information into a comprehensive language for those within any environment to understand, disseminate and radiate this information towards others for mutual benefit and progressive understanding.

Ford automobiles are a staple on the roads and highways of America, and the presence of Ford motors globally is strong as well. The company's history accompanies that of America's history, signified by the ups and downs of the overall economy and, in the specific, the auto industry. The size and scope of Ford's corporate reach provides a very useful example in this examination because of the immediate understanding of what Ford does, and how it affects so many people throughout the world.
The five most common organizational resources which affects the strategic placement of the accounting within the industry include the physical assets, the monetary assets, human resources, knowledge, and the technology becoming possesses. All five of these resources provide a unique and important aspect to the agency and can be examined in a number of different ways. I will look at how the Ford Motor Company has organized its technology resources and its human resources within this scope of functional organization.

Howes (2010) described in her article how CEO of Ford Motor Company, Alan Mulally, has pushed forward into a very profitable position despite all the economic turbulence around the globe. She explained how tough decisions and new ways of thinking, inspired by this new leadership, has provided this spark to this agency's recent comeback. Environmentally friendly technology, coupled with new ways of organization, has provided Ford the opportunity to recapture some of its past glory within the business world. Here, organizing the technology to fit the new economic paradigm has paid off for this company by contributing to the fact that management must be aware of the way it places its resources to accomplish an efficient and harmonic system.
