Organizational Assessment Of U.S. Army Term Paper

Once this occurs, is when the obvious weaknesses in the various departments become more severe and could require years, to effectively correct the various problems. As a result, the surveys are good first start, but must have an effective mechanism of identifying the problem early. When you have random spot checks of those departments that are scoring poorly on the survey, you are making the organization more culturally competent. At which point, the different patients served by the hospital will receive the best care possible, from a responsive staff. Bibliography
