It is the responsible thing to do and I plan on doing it. but, that does not mean I want to just get by either. I want a Porsche and a mansion and one of those million dollar RV's. I don't need to sell drugs to kids on playgrounds to get these things; I need to find more responsible ways to meet these goals. But, there is also a social responsibility. I can make a difference if I recycle, turn off the lights in rooms where I am not using them and I can save gas by not idling at the McDonalds's drive thru window. But social responsibility really is more than just that. Being energy conscious is one thing, but being an activist is another. I feel I have a social responsibility to encourage others to act and think in favor of what is good for our neighbors, nature and the environment. I don't think I should blow up abortion clinics or throw blood on women with fur coats, but I do believe there are peaceful and common sense ways to save the whales...

The responsibility is also in knowing how to suggest change.
In conclusion, this short essay was about responsibility. My thesis on the topic was about my personally making a difference in the world if I demonstrate personal responsibility. Once the term responsibility is clearly defined, I have the foundation of who I want to be. The person that I want to be is a clear thinking and intelligent citizen of the world who acts in all aspects of his life with responsibility first and foremost in his mind. I know I have personal, community, and global responsibilities for present and future generations. and, as the Heritage Dictionary shows, being able to make moral or rational decisions on one's own and therefore answerable for one's behavior' is the way to go.

Chapter 3: ForecastingStrategic vs. Tactical ForecastsStrategic forecasts use predictions for making decisions related to business strategy. For example, a company would use strategic forecasting to estimate potential demand and competition. Tactical forecasts are short-term and used for daily operations. A retail store might use tactical forecasting to determine the number of staff needed for an upcoming holiday season. If I were planning for a long-term venture, I would use strategic

cultural differences in today's world. Then explain two ways you might address those challenges in your professional life. Support your responses using current literature. Challenges of diversity: Positives and negatives Affirmative action embodies many of the paradoxes of the diversity of American society. On one hand, America has long proclaimed itself a land of freedom and equality. However, for many years, African-Americans and other minority groups were discriminated against, resulting in

I, meanwhile, helped with the family business, but I had a "normal" adolescence, and enjoyed it as what normal teenage boys are expected to when they are 17 years old. At 20 years old, my grandfather is already a family man raising a family of his own, my father has just started forming a family of his own as well, while I am in college, pursuing higher studies and

Both of these focus on the categories of Eros, Storge and Ludus. Eros refers to a type of passionate love. Storge is the opposite of eros, and is more of a companionate love, or strong friendship and is more likely to develop in communities where choice of partner is not high and where marrying for love is not common. Ludus is the final type of love and refers to

Attribution and Cultural Differences Attribution Attribution of failure and cultural differences in business 'Personal responsibility' is a common buzzword in American political and business life. Americans are often more forgiving of politicians and CEOs who accept responsibility for the mistakes they have made. Individual responsibility is seen as a positive value, but this is not true of all cultures. In more collectivist cultures, the stress is upon collective and 'team' responsibility when things
