This is illustrating how the Director of Human Resources plays a dual role in dealing with critical issues and improving these guidelines among various stakeholders. (H. Johnson, personal communication, May 15, 2013) Insights you gained into the leadership behaviors or style of the individual you accompanied as a result of your observations and interactions.

The basic insights that were gained into leadership behaviors are that this person must take a charismatic approach. This is when they will listen to the needs and challenges of various individuals carefully (through a non-confrontational philosophy). At which point, they will work with them to solve critical problems and address these issues from behind the scenes. This prevents them from spiraling out of control, which is leading to even greater challenges down the road. As a result, they must have tremendous amounts of flexibility and can troubleshoot critical problems early. (Cummings, 2010) (H. Johnson, personal communication, May 15, 2013)

A summary of your learning experiences that compares your observations to sources from the literature that present evidence, best practices, or standards related to the specific roles.

Moreover, Maj (2010) found they have a responsibility of maintaining a friendly working atmosphere which is supportive of different stakeholders. These insights were augmented with actual observations by demonstrating the way this person must troubleshoot critical challenges in order to achieve these larger goals. This means that they need to have a certain amount of flexibility in the process and unique ideas about addressing the needs of everyone. When this happens, they can ensure that numerous regulations are followed and deal with any kind of challenges when they are small. (Maj, 2010)

Clearly, the Director of Human Resources plays an important part in making certain that the various legal, ethical, administrative and employee issues are addressed. This means that they must work as a neutral party everyone can turn to in order to discuss these issues. It is at this point when they are able to maintain balanced polices. That is focused on addressing the needs of various stakeholders. This is the key for ensuring that facility can uphold the highest levels of professionalism at all times.

Lastly, the work that these electronic health records people do is indispensable
