This paper examines a range of simulation programs which demonstrate how the electronic ignition system works, focusing on programs like Multisim and Simulink. The paper intends to assess these simulation programs fairly and uniformly, while explaining their pros and cons in the simplest of language. Simplicity is of the essence here when it comes to simulation programs, given the complexity of the task at hand. Simulink was chosen as the most superior tool for simulation given its profoundly user-friendly aspects. This paper also takes a long look at how the development and evolution of digital technology influences the electronic ignition system of today. Digital systems mean a whole new playing field for ignition systems, one where facts are assessed and...

This paper discusses the present and future impacts of the digital system and how all the potential can be realized and harnessed to ultimate advancement.
However, realistic precautions need to factor in heavily in both research and implementation. There need to be constant guidelines and reassessments of the health and safety needs of all who are present when dealing with electronic ignition systems. Despite the benefits that such systems have offered the world, one is still dealing with electronic current, an inherently dangerous thing. Finally, this paper proposes the basics in health and safety management of working with these types of ignition systems and the expectations for safe behavior of all employees.
