This could be strengthened by exploring the issue of whether or not governmental guidelines were established on firm science and not simply using anecdotal evidence of perceived safety and a low risk of getting caught as reasons to pursue this course of action. Format/Organization

The format very clearly and directly follows the guidelines given, and is quite clear in its argument because of this. Each section and each paragraph develops its own focused idea, while at the same time each of these individual ideas serve the central ideas and arguments of the paper quite well and logically flow, building information and ideas in a logical manner. The style of the writing was very clear and straightforward, without attempts to sound fancy or flowery and yet with enough variety in sentence structure to maintain the...

One particularly effective sentence is, "At a time when the economy is in a recession and companies are looking to reduce spending, it is risky to install an entirely new (and relatively expensive) welding line." It simply and concisely gives the author's argument and their rationale for that argument, without any wasted words and without complication. A sentence that needs work, on the other hand, is, "Having the potential to be far more costly is AWC's factory concerns." This sentence could be more simply stated, "AWC's factory concerns have the potential to be far more costly." The exact same meaning is given in a much more straightforward and direct fashion.
Case Analysis

I believe the company should pursue alternative means of venting and scrubbing the toxic gases produced, as meeting ethical and legal requirements should be a paramount concern for the business.

converging points of similarity between psychoanalytic, sociocultural, and trait theories for the development of personality, each of these theories largely concentrates on a different approach. For example, the psychoanalytic theory of personality -- which was largely popularized by Sigmund Freud's work in this field -- tends to focus on mental processes as being those most pertinent to the development of personality. Essentially, the great psychologist posited the notion that

The first and most important thing is that the company needs to have ethical leadership in place. " ("Selections from the Prince" 281) What this shows, is that those leaders who engage the citizens in conquered territories by allowing them to maintain their laws will perceive the Prince to be weak. In order to rule effectively, the Prince must show that he is a strong leader. This is significant, because it highlights how the ideal leader is: someone who will show what they mean through actions. Once
