There is little ethical concern at work in the proposed research, as no subjects in the research study will be asked to do anything other than respond to surveys and/or interviews honestly (there are no expected psychological ramifications of study participation, as in the famous Milgram obedience experiment) (Cozby, 2009). maintaining confidentiality and privacy through the maintenance of anonymity, especially within the institutions where the surveys and questionnaires are distributed/administered, is the essential ethical concern of this research study.
