Change is very important in any organization because it helps every organization to remain competitive and grow. Organizations today need to continuously improve their services and adapt to the changes in the environment to get competitive advantage and improve their profitability. METHODS WILL BE USED TO PRESENT OPERATIONAL CHANGE

Communicate the reason and objectives of change:

It is important for the management to communicate why the change is important, and how they will be benefited by this change. By communicating and educating employees with the reason of the change is important for the organization as well as important for the employees and how this change will positively affect them (Lawrence, 1969). So, the management of Desert Communications has to communicate the importance of change and how this change will impact the profitability of the company, this would help them in minimizing the resistant provided for the change.

Motivating Employees & Showing them Big Picture:

The other thing that management would have to do is to motivate the employees and show them how this change will benefit them and how this would positively influence their job performance, and their future as well as the future of the company.

DEVELOP A TRAINING FOR MULTIPLE AUDIENCES

Training can be divided into two broad groups in term of technicality; technical training and non-technical training. Group And Team Collaboration Facilitate The Success Of Training

It is important for everyone in the organization to work in collaboration to make the training successful. Training is expensive, but if training is effective, then it can be profitable for the company in the long run as training would help in improving number of satisfied customers of the company. In order to make training session successful, management should clearly communicate the reasons of training and they should motivate the employees to learn more and more from the training sessions.

TACTICS TO IDENTIFY AND MINIMIZE CONFLICT

Identifying conflicts that can arise in the organization are important so that they could be minimized in order to make the training process more effective. Management before the start of the training or before brining a change, first of all, identify the area where improvement can be made and areas where conflicts can arise so that the chances of making the training successful are high.
