By expressing the desirables and accomplisments, providing support for capable subordinates, overcoming stumbling blocks, taking advantage of openings, demanding distinction, acting ethically, one sets a decent model for the organization. effective Leadership implies building teams that work in tandem and collectively. In addition, as a leader, one facilitates the management and resolution of conflicts that divert the team members, diminish productivity, diminish motivation and lead to hindrance and anger.
