¶ … Organization Development Bounce Fitness development needs and objectives are influenced by the current status of its operations and strategic plans. The strategic plans for the organization include enhancing customer satisfaction and standardizing operations. The development needs and objectives based on these strategic plans include using the existing systems to standardize operations of its Centers that function as independent units to enhance customer satisfaction. In addition, the firm needs to develop suitable measures for involving the Centers, staff, and clients towards improved operations and success.

There are several groups involved in the operations of Bounce Fitness including staff, personal trainers, and clients. In light of the current issues, the organization's culture does not seemingly promote collaboration between staff and the management as well as practices that meet clients' needs. Therefore, Bounce Fitness may not be ready for development unless enhanced interaction and communication is established in the organization.

3. The most suitable allocation of roles to enhance customer satisfaction is to give Personal Trainers the duty of developing routines for clients. This is primarily because personal trainers have direct links to clients as compared to the Board and Executive, which should only monitor operations through establishing suitable policies and practices (Bounce Fitness, n.d.). Personal Trainers are willing and committed in fulfilling this responsibility or role of developing routines.

Organization development at Bounce Fitness will generate some changes for all stakeholders with regards to responsibilities, benefits, timeline, and information. For managers, staff, and employees, this process will generate new responsibilities i.e. ensuring the implementation of the plan during its entire time period. They will be required to identify and utilize relevant information relating to the plan as they engage in implementing the various aspects organization development from the beginning to the end. Managers will also be involved in evaluating the implementation of the plan based on specified timelines, activities, and objectives. Customers and users will be affected by the plan with regards to changes in business processes and operations. In this case, customers and users will experience changes in their fitness plan routines every month as operations are standardized across all fitness centers. Personal Trainers will be mandated with the task of developing suitable routines on a monthly basis and use them in fitness class routines for clients. Managers and staff will benefit from the plan through improved operations and customer satisfaction while customers benefit from increased satisfaction and Personal Trainers benefit from better fitness routines and interactions.
