Organizational structure and resources

The unit will be organized on the two separate on site/off site categories, each led by a director. The two directors will meet on a regular basis to discuss information received and to elaborate weekly reports for the organization's upper management. At the same time, each of the two divisions will have a team of an average of 5 employees. However, the off site team will employ the resources locally and will only send them to Sub-Saharian Africa periodically, to gather the necessary information.
