Career Vision
What is your career vision
Though I have yet to place a real-world limit on my career in terms of advancement as well as in terms of personal growth, I have always envisioned myself in a leadership position in an organization dealing with commercial real estate investment and development, with this leadership extending to the industry as a whole. My previous employment as a team developer and leader at Unibail-Rodamco and my previous employment and education positions have demonstrated to myself and to others my leadership capabilities, my integrity, and the rigor with which I pursue my personal and career goals; I am determined to bring these skills and faculties to their fullest potential through a continued commitment to learning and practice in both the academic and the professional/experiential fields.
This is what makes my attendance at Harvard Business School one of the key steps in my personal and career development. The school's reputation for turning out true leaders with knowledge and skills that are directly applicable in the fast-paced and ever-changing real-world of business is unparalleled, and is most certainly and obviously deserved given even a cursory examination of the school's graduates. The case method innovated and highly emphasized at the Harvard Business School is largely responsible for the efficacy of the school's programs and for my desire to attend; focusing on real-world problems with complex and interconnected issues that require equally complex and ongoing solutions is the only way to truly prepare for the constantly fluctuating and evolving business atmosphere that exists today. Especially in the world of real estate, which has been central to the recent global recession and continues to be highly affected by the ongoing economic situation, leadership that is truly prepared and equipped to handle ongoing transitions and ready to instill measures and practices to increase stabilization are highly needed. It is my desire to be one of these leaders, and the case method of instruction at Harvard Business School is instrumental in bringing my leadership capabilities to this level of potential.
