The eighth step would be for the president to make an announcement about the first meeting and include the notes from the meeting so everyone can have access to what was covered in the meeting.

The final step would be to have the next meeting and see which of the tasks were accomplished and which were not. The next step would be to welcome all the new members as well as gather their contact information. These members should also be informed of the committees. Now the group should be a fully functioning organization that is up and running.
