Candidates that have the training and experience needed are less likely to be intimidated by the process and this confidence is more likely to be recognized by potential employers. From the HR perspective, such candidates stand out because not only do they have the background for the role, but they also have the correct temperament and attitude to fulfill the obligations of the role.
