Criminal Justice Policy Development Research

The development of policies requires identifying a need, gathering information, making drafts, consultations, and reviews. This means that these agencies' and the officials' role is to innovate solutions to reduce the rate of crimes and new victimization.

The research conducted on criminal justice helped yield information (Braga et al., 2018). This research also supports the creation of policies that will help oversee the growth in this field. Ways of maintaining these policies are greatly emphasized in this research, and it clearly shows how research is related to the development of policies.
