Scholarship: Transfer

Transferring from Evergreen Valley College to San Jose State University was a decision motivated by my aspiration to go deeper into the field of computer engineering. I believe SJSU will offer me the opportunity to do just that. I achieved the academic goals I set out to achieve during my time at Evergreen, and now I am ready for the next chapter.

At SJSU, I want to use my background in technology and community service to contribute to the college and its culture. I look forward to research projects, and I am eager to join SJSU’s tech clubs and organizations, where I can share my knowledge and also learn from my peers. My ultimate goal is to combine my passion for technology and community service that can help others who may be new to the field but who want to learn more in their free time.

My path from Evergreen to SJSU represents for me a big step forward in my overall aim to make a real-world impact in the field of technology. I bring a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and a commitment to service, all of which will contribute to the positive environment at SJSU.
