We have not noticed any misfiled documents since her arrival. She writes well and communicates effectively. We have received no complaints about her replies to e-mails, her office memos, or her typed letters. Her grammar skills are top-notch. Lauren can multitask wonderfully and we have frequently observed her doing two or three things at once, without errors or losing focus. She shows up on time and has only missed two days of work all year. Lauren is always polite, which is an important feature in an office assistant who has to frequently engage clients. Moreover, she gets along well with her coworkers and contributes to a sense of community and camaraderie in the office. Her data entry skills are excellent, and Lauren never has to work overtime to finish her job. Also, Lauren occasionally goes beyond the call of duty, as when she brings bagels and fresh coffee into the office about once a week. Her assistance at our consulting firm is invaluable and I would highly recommend Lauren for a promotion if the situation arose.
