Peer A: Adam

Contributions -- Teamwork is basic to his nature. This coupled with his wide and deep skill set means that he is able to make significant contributions to the work of the team and that he is also an effective independent worker.

Quality of Work -- Always put forth his best effort and is an exacting performer. His work never needs to be redone.

Time Management -- Exceedingly strong use of resources, including available time.

Attitude -- His outlook is positive and he is always searching for possibilities.

Preparedness - Spends the requisite time getting geared up for whatever task he assumes. His approach to preparedness includes ensuring that others are green and go, too.

Pride - He has a strong work ethic and works to optimize the outcomes for himself and for members of his team.

Monitors Group Effectiveness -- Interpersonal skills are a core strength for him, and he keeps in close contact with team members to see where he can lend energy and expertise to the effort.

Working with Others -- Making sure that team members receive feedback on the quality of their work and the efficiency of the effort is second nature to him. He is well liked by team members who report that he demonstrates a well-developed sense of ethics.

Problem Solving -- Creative solutions are his typical way of responding to challenges.

Peer B: Brian

Contributions -- He is the team communications manager, by default, as oral and written communications come naturally to him. Although he does contribute to the team functioning in other ways, the members of the team rely on him to be the group scribe and chronicler.

Quality of Work -- Top-drawer. This is the most succinct way to describe his work.

Time Management - Although he is generally a good steward of resources, including time at work, he does tend to be a bit of a perfectionist. So time sometimes gets away from him, but team members know this about him -- and they typically agree that his work is worth the wait.

Attitude -- He tends to take a wait-and-see attitude, and is generally relaxed with team members. He is thoughtful and not quick to find fault, except with his own efforts.

Preparedness -- Methodical, over-preparedness tends to be his modus operandi. No detail is too small to escaped his attention. He needs ample time for a run-up.

Pride -- This is his aim star. He works hard to complete work that he and the team can be proud of -- no effort is too large.

Monitors Group Effectiveness -- This is the one attribute that tends to irk other team members. He is not picky and not petty, but he is thorough. And he wants to evoke the best from everyone, so he looks for ways that he can be of support. He wishes to facilitate the best possible work, but he does not fault people when they struggle: as long as they at least attempt the struggle in earnest.
