There are several messages addressed by the campaign. The message towards authorities focuses on increasing awareness and determining them to improve the regulations on violence against children. The message towards people that observe such behavior on others is intended to determine them to report such behavior to authorities. The message towards people with violent behavior intends to determine them to seek help on such issues.

The most important online tactic of this campaign relies on using social networks. This allows the organization to reach a higher number of people. This is also a very cheap promotional strategy (Kimbarovsky, 2009). In addition to this, social networks users can easily spread the message of the campaign to their circle of acquaintances.

Regarding the fundraising, it is recommended to raise the necessary funds during the advocacy of the campaign. This is because the fundraising depends on the advertising of the campaign. Although there are numerous advantages to using such a strategy, this might be difficult in certain developing countries. This is because the Internet usage can be reduced in some of these countries. This could significantly affect the success of this strategy (Guion, 2008).
Another important management issue is represented by developing a successful relationship with authorities. The authorities in some of these countries might not agree with the Red Cross organizing such a campaign, because it might affect their image to the public. Therefore, it is important to improve this relationship because it can lead to increased promotion.
