Let's analyze the sandwich artist, its tasks include total customer satisfaction, training and development, proper and effective business management and applying fair and appropriate business practice. All of these tasks require extreme dedication from the artist itself since it has to be in accordance with the quality and standards set by the firm, it should also follow the rules and regulations as well as policies which are laid by Subway and check itself if it is not breaking any rules and regulations regarding its practice. A sandwich artist must also have good physical abilities that can greatly help him/her in performing its basic tasks which usually require standing up for a longer period of time. The requirements included for a good artist include proper education, good experience, no transportation issues, flexible with hours and good accessibility.
