Thus the concentration is not on basketball, the sport he is supposed to love, but on sex. The picture in the book is clear about the happenings when the over-sexed teenagers reach college. The stage has come when 1.3 women are raped every minute and a large proportion of one in three women will be raped in her lifetime. This is the view given of women - they are without life and so when you abuse women, you have not done anything wrong as she is an object and without feelings. The youth have to understand that sex is not the only thing in life that can give them enjoyment, but there are a lot of other matters, including basketball. Once the youth start putting their minds to it, one can be sure that the game will improve. Once the attitude to sex is changed, even the situation of women will change.
