One example is a former classmate who used to be the center of our group's jokes (I was lucky enough to be in a group of cool kids). Later, when we went to a restaurant, tongues became loose (maybe the good wine had also something to do with it) and it turned out that she felt this reunion was like an earthquake of the past (as so well described it one of my friends and former classmates). We felt the replicas of this earthquake when she started to tell us how much she hated us and how glad she was that some of us had such unattractive girlfriends or wives!
