¶ … new report, work process, or tracking system. What was involved and what was the outcome? Situation: The situation that I encountered was indeed a new report that was issued to my department at Amazon as well as a few others.

The task that was being attempted was to provide better tracking of warehouse performance including incorrect picks, boxes being sent to the wrong location, boxes being placed in the wrong slots, etc. However, the data on the report was a little unwieldy and was not presented in the best and most useful way.

Action: As such, I made it a point to work with the makers of the report as well as the other people that used it to help add a few columns, remove a few redundant columns and reorder some of the remaining so as to make ease of use much better than it was.

Result: The revised report was much better and allowed everyone involved to solve found issues much more quickly.

Describe a time when you skillfully provided an organized, concise summary report of an idea or information in support of a customer. What was the outcome, and did they appreciate your efforts?

Situation: I had a situation like that which was very similar to the first question but it did deal with a customer rather than internal contacts. In fact, it was a rather large customer. We had this "canned" report that serves the needs and preferences of most of our customers just fine and most are OK with the format that we use. However, this one customer had some special requests to help aid their own internal processes and procedures.

Task: I figured out that I needed to work with the customer and find out precisely what was needed so that I could tailor the best solution

Action: I consulted with the customer, we discussed what was needed, how the current report...

Give me your best example of your ability to extract raw data, manipulate and transform data to information, identify/analyze performance changes and drivers, and prepare executive level findings. Include in your example data sources used, your use of data tools and software, and quantitative or qualitative methodologies applied. How did you know the effort and product provided was beneficial?
Situation: I can certainly do that as well. A lot of the reports that I pull right now for Amazon come out in very raw form, in CSV format. That data is "canned" in some ways but it obviously has to be manipulated and changed based on what precisely is being analyze and who it is being presented to. Depending on the report and what is being pulled, I use that data to follow up with reps, present findings to management and troubleshoot things that are going on with any particular person in the company.

Task: Depending on who needs the data and what they need it for, I have to format, change and move the data so that it is useful and streamlined for the situation and person who needs it

Action: I prep the report making sure the needed data is there while extra data is either hidden or deleted and I then present to the people that need to see it. As needed, I copy other people that must or should know what is going on and/or that might have insights and input.

Result: The result is an efficient presentation of the issue so that the other people in the chain can do what they need to…

Clinical Interview Questions Revisions Why did you decide to become a secondary school mathematics/science teacher? I actually decided to teach math because I understand it, but the reason I continue with the study is because of the benefits of teaching. The primary reason that there are

For instance, in this project, there were only two girls interviewed. This sort of research method is thus more convenient and is also less expensive. A disadvantage of a qualitative research method is that the data that is
