Strategic Management Presentation Research Paper

Group work completed for the strategic management project involving "12 Angry Men" and "Pret a Manger" was a useful demonstration of teamwork. The purpose of this essay is to document my personal and individual opinions and ideas on the work itself. This essay will discuss the work process, the division of labor and ideas on how the process might be improved in the future. Group work, for me, is great change of pace, because it allows others to peek in on how other students think and react to academic problems. This sharing of information is how new process are understood and the learning process begins to grow at exponential rates.

Some members of the group did not suggest as many ideas as others but this does not denote an insufficient performance. Rather, group work allows for more efficient thinking and doing the does not require everyone to pour all their individual responses into the collective effort.
Even though I did not agree fully on the conclusions that the group developed in relation to 12 Angry Men, I felt that as a member of the group, and for practical reasons associated with formal schooling, that I should bury my head and hold my tongue and go along with the group. This sacrifice, if you will, was more or less intended at getting the job done as opposed with satisfying the urge to have my voice heard in this specific instant.
