Every discipline changes and complements the theoretical viewpoints and results of the others (MSU, n.d.). I am a part of several boards in the U.S. and South Africa and have been working with kids and women for quite some time. I also adopted a girl that was abandoned when she was just six months old. She is presently eleven years of age.
The cohort design possesses strengths like intellectual, interpersonal and emotional advantages. According to the reviews by Lewis et al. (2010), the advantages of this model are identified as enhancing more unity in cohorts through the generation of mutual protection and support; enhanced rates of graduation; decreased abrasion; and, the establishment of academically motivating surroundings, whereby research learning is made easy.
