Strengths/Weaknesses I feel as though I have a lot of strengths, especially for the workplace. I was raised with a strong work ethic, first and foremost. I'm not afraid to work hard if it is needed. I don't have a lot of experience, and doubtless that will hold me back, but gaining experience is part of the process of improving. I am not the sort who can work with just anybody. Personally, I think this is fine, if I have trouble dealing with people who aren't putting in the effort that looks good on me. I don't "go along to get along," and while that's caused me problems on some entry-level jobs, I like to think that I will not spend my career pursuing those sorts of positions anyway.
