¶ … Student physical fitness The President's Physical Fitness test is a national test designed to measure the fitness of America's schoolchildren at basic physical education skills. The ability to complete this test provides an idea of the basic level of fitness of children in a physical education class, and also highlights areas of needed improvement. This test will be incorporated into the curriculum of a physical education class to help improve student fitness as well as assess the students.
