Brief description of the change you will be investigating:

There will be two overall changes that shall be reviewed, diagnosed and analyze.

The first change that will be investigated is something that the hospital in question has complete control over and thus should make every effort to limit and correct and that would be patients contracting infections during surgery at the hospital. There has been a spike in patients getting infections during surgery and this is absolutely unacceptable. A strict observation of what the current professionals are doing, how they are doing it and so forth will be assessed but there will also be a significant amount of study applied to the concept of which sanitizing methods are the most effective and thus yield the lowest infection rates. Indeed, what will be tracked in the second data set is the number of instances of the sexually-transmitted disease chlamydia. The infection rate will be measured based on the number of people that are treated for the infection at the hospital. Rather than just a before and after like what will be done with the surgery infection issue, the chlamydia infection rate will be tracked over a period of six months.
2. Proposed process for conducting the investigation:

1) There will be a two-pronged approach to the surgery infection rate. There will be an extensive and systematic review of the scholarly literature so as to reveal what evidence-based practice (EBP) says about the current state of affairs and what perhaps should be done instead.
