Team building and delegation are powerful tools organizations utilize to ensure their success in an increasingly competitive world. Daktronics demonstrates a variety of ways they conform to theories concerning both team building and delegation. However, there are differences between theory and practice in these two concepts, with Daktronics. Recommendations for change for the organization center on bringing the company more in line with theoretical knowledge concerning team building and delegation.
