Marketing writers are most probably accustomed to using false advertising as a means to attract as many customers as possible. It is impossible for advertising campaigns to relate to a game's imperfections, since this would most probably prove to be detrimental, both for customers and for companies. Furthermore, patches can be sold, rather than released for free, thus bringing in more profits to the company responsible for issuing the game. Taylor needs to look at the matter from a subjective point-of-view, as she belongs to the company and it is in her best interest to make sure that everything goes well.
