Providing proof by example is almost always included in every interview, because the employer wants to get to know you better and understand how you solve problems and your work ethic. Therefore, they ask proof by example questions to see how you think on your feet and how quickly you can provide information. Proof by example answers put forth a problem or issue, and then ask how you would personally solve that problem, by giving an example of what you have done in a similar situation during your career. Therefore, it is extremely important to develop coherent and compelling proof by example answers, to give you the best possible responses, thus creating a better interview experience for you and the interviewer. Proof by example answers show that you have encountered different workplace situations, have handled them effectively, and you have the experience and knowledge that will allow you to succeed at the job.
Finally, proof by example questions allow the interviewer to see how quickly you think on your feet, and they require much more than a "yes" or "no" answer, so you have the opportunity to give the interviewer more information about yourself and your capabilities, making more of a favorable impression on the interviewer.
