Top Ten Latin American Cities for Business The objective of this study is to examine the top ten Latin American cities to do business in and then to answer as to what variables or factors are key for appearing in the list of the best Latin American cities for doing business. What other variables might be considered? As well, this work will answer as to whether all the cities identified are located in Latin America and why or why not. Secondly, this study will analyze the effects of the influx of Mexican business people into cities such as Miami and how this has affected Mexico's economy. Part three of this study will state a conclusion.

II. Effect of Influx of Mexican Business People Into American Cities on Mexico

The downturn in the U.S. economy and the "solid growth within the Mexican economy" haws resulted in "tremendous shift in immigration patterns from Mexico."
