American Disability Act (ADA) is one of the laws defined by the legislatives of the US in order to provide a meaningful and optimistic impact for the people with disabilities. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) provides all the individuals with the civil rights protections who confront with disabilities on the basis of race, sex, national origin, or religion (Miller & Jentz, 2007).
This means that according to the law, the segment of job market, transportation, public accommodations, state and local government services and every other field must provide equal opportunities for all the individuals with disabilities and must not reflect a discriminative conduct.
