A number of European States can be classified in the primary nurse practitioner level and others in the advanced nurse practitioner level. Every time nursing positions are open, they are usually filled by locally available and trained NPs or even APNs. Global nursing role is presently not at the level where one can easily shift from one country to another in order to practice.
Is there an accredited NP program in Asia (India)?
In India, only one institute comes to mind, which provides a Masters in Nursing; however, it is not a Nurse Practitioner Program and no other institute exists that offers such programs, at least not to my knowledge.

In a competitive environment, where change is the only constant phenomenon, learning and knowledge management are vital for sustenance and growth of organizations. A precise universal definition of knowledge can be elusive, because it is complex and manifests itself in various forms in individuals as well as in organizations. Individual or tacit knowledge is confined to the people who possess it and cannot be structured or managed in the organizational sense. Implicit knowledge is difficult to communicate from person to person and limited to the perception of the individual. Organizational or explicit knowledge can be documented into policies and procedures and can be made available to employees. Flexibility, adaptability, and a global mindset cause my organization to behave in a responsive rather than hierarchical fashion. Looking back, the overall amounts of communication could have been improved dramatically. Where, I should have communicated with this manager that: their actions were not acceptable behavior. To do this, I would have to have a face-to-face meeting (with open communication). During the meeting, I would approach the manager in a non-confrontational way. It is the result of specific efforts by a change agent (individuals and groups who take responsibility for changing the existing behavior patterns), in this case managers. Planned change processes are a direct response to someone's perception of a discrepancy between the desired and actual state of affairs (performance gap). Performance gaps are at the same time problems to be resolved or opportunities to be explored through outsourcing and SAs.
All in all, outsourcing and strategic alliances are both concepts that will be found on the corporate strategic agenda for the years to come. The market dynamics and increasing pressures toward efficiency impose the need for organizational change. Custodial treatment refers to the act of putting the convicted criminal in an institution of some sort, such as a jail or prison (hence the term, "custody"). Citizen's Hospital is an organization where employees and the organization share common goals. The organization has a personality of confusion. The culture of the organization focused on patient satisfaction where the climate was democratic with an emphasis on interpersonal skills, democratic values and human motivation (Francis, 2012). The structure was hierarchal and operated by departments.
Shared common goals included enabling patients to gain adequate recovery in the fastest, most effective way with safe measures to prevent infection and other illness.
