Here second question that is raised for the author is that till now and for the future, many healthcare architectures have been designed that increase the availability of the patient records, not only on the national but on an international scale as well. The author in the study has only focused on the national or local availability of the patient records. Content of the article is strong and there are a number of important facts given in the article in relation to the importance of healthcare indexing systems. The healthcare indexing systems being used in U.S., UK and Australia have been mentioned as an example. The two models of the indexing architecture given by the author in the beginning have been linked by the author with the examples. The loopholes that can be noticed in these cases are the absence of any privacy and security concerns that may be an important part of the mentioned healthcare indexing systems.

Domain name system (DNS) is the main model mentioned by the author. With the help of the DNS system as mentioned by the author, the flow of the information systems are easier and much faster between two or more healthcare workers sitting at different ends of the worlds.

A number of limitations have been observed in the article. One of the main limitations observed is complete absence of the privacy concerns that are important in the healthcare indexing services. How multiple healthcare indexing services can pose multiple threats...

The second limitation in the article is in relation to the coverage of the weaker points of the indexing services in the healthcare. Great increase has been seen in information sharing within the healthcare systems by the help of database sharing mechanism by the help of which the health providers can share and access patient records. However, the technology at this end can have many disadvantages and these were to be highlighted in the article.
Conclusion

Indexing service based on the principle of Domain Name System is the model mentioned by the author in the mentioned article. Important facts have been mentioned in the article but there are certain limitations in the presence of which, article seems weaker in its contents. MySQL based indexing services in global healthcare have already been working on the highest security levels, the main question that raises after reading the article is that what is the main security-based difference being provided by DNS system and how this difference can count towards the betterment of healthcare systems operating globally.
