The qualitative approach in this case will be appropriate since it deals with the community members and the changes in the quality of education that is the final target. To measure the extent of reception of the project among the locals and the possibility of it having a long-term impact, there will be utilization of the qualitative evaluation approach.
The quantitative approach will be equally important since the number of people enrolling and the number who successfully go through the entire system period among other numerical considerations will be of great significance hence the adoption of the qualitative approach will ensure this numerical data collection and analysis is achieved.
