Health Care Management Fiduciary responsibilities

Fiduciary responsibility refers to a relationship whereby an individual has the responsibility of taking care of the rights and assets of another person. Therefore people who are working in the healthcare field are entrusted with a significant fiduciary responsibility. This is because they are entrusted with both the assets within the field, hence expected to take care of them, at the same time render services to people. It is important to recognize this fiduciary responsibility given to them since the healthcare field is very delicate and one that requires a lot of care and caution. Therefore those working within the healthcare field should always make sure that they uphold their fiduciary responsibility whenever they are carrying out their duties in the healthcare organizations since the aforementioned reasons are a clear indication that they have been entrusted with significant fiduciary responsibility (Shortell & Kaluzy, 2009).
