Paradise III Decisions In Paradise Essay

Certain physical resources, including educational handbooks, facilities for training, and infrastructure resources will also be needed. The supply of these resources should be kept in Kava inasmuch as is possible, in order to provide jobs and establish business and social roots in the community on the island. Actions that need to be taken include preliminary meetings with government officials and social leaders, the evaluation of locations for youth development programs and the hiring and training of instructors, which again should be selected from the people of Kava if at all possible in order to build and maintain stronger ties in the community and establish early goodwill through good instruction and god opportunities. This plan of action will also fulfill all of the shareholder needs in the situation, at least in the short-term. It will provide Kava with the immediate benefits of increased job, youth development (which will reduce crime), and renewed social purpose and vigor; the organization will be provided with the beginnings of an educated workforce for later developments, and will be earning the goodwill of the government of Kava and the international community; and Nik, Chris, and Alex will have a focused sense of activity and operation that will provide them with abundant and highly rewarding work.
Conclusion

The decision making process is never a simple one, and with all of the various factors and uncertainties in the situation at hand, decision making becomes highly complex. With proper consideration and evaluation, however, an effective short-term decision can be made that prepares the organization and Kava for future decisions regarding their joint development.
