Therefore, the company has to devise a method to communicate these changes. According to Page, there is always resistance to organizational changes. This paper will propose on strategies that will make this transition successful. The paper will focus on training of multiple audiences that will participate in the car roadside services.

Addressing the Challenges of Groups and Teams

The company wants the employees to work in groups. Each manager has ten employees to supervise. The effective implementation of the roadside service provision depends on this team working together. According to Page, formation of groups at work brings about synergy. In addition, synergy results to a greater collective output compared with the aggregate of individual contribution. The company aims at increasing it profits, thus working with teams will help meet this objective (Page, 2010).

The internal communication among the members will be effective. The team leader will be able to co-ordinate the activities of the group. The process of decision making among them will be fast. This will bring about efficiency in the provision of services. As Page states, when working as a group conflicts are inevitable. However, in a group of ten people it is easy to solve the conflicts, and understand individual differences (Page, 2010).
The team should practice joint decision taking in the work process. This will improve the morale of the workers. High morale will stimulate co-operation among the employees. The employees' participation in decisions is crucial in the implementation of changes (Page, 2010, p. 26). They will have a positive attitude towards the new product and services that the company is putting in place. There will be free flow of ideas and information among the employees. This information is crucial in monitoring of the change progress.

High cohesion among the employees results to increase in productivity. The management of the company has to relate the groups and the organizational goals (Sabri et Al, 2007, p. 59). The company wants to increase its competitiveness in the market. They have to harness the groups' qualities with the objective of increasing the services they are offering.…
