Research into human genome has given hope to those with negative medical family histories. Technologies in medicine has allowed for genetic manipulation which can help replace a faulty gene with a healthy one thus giving everyone a chance to enjoy a healthy life. Other technologies including discoveries of life saving drugs and better sterilization procedures have become possible with the help of technological facilities.
