The fourth step will be to have each member will then split up and accomplish the tasks assigned to them. Tasks may include items such as placing an ad in a newspaper, putting up posters, talking to twenty people, or making an announcement on the radio.

Once the second round of recruiting is completed then the next step would be to actually hold the first official meeting. The meeting organizer should introduce the group and explain what the group is all about, talk about the history of the group and all of the science it is based on.

The fifth step in the first meeting would to be to announce elections for the official positions. The next step would be to vote on all the official positions, count the ballets, and declare the winners. Also, the person who was elected note taker should begin taking notes.

The sixth step once the positions are filled would be to start some committees. During the meeting ideas for meetings should be collected and voted on for their merit. The next step would be assign members to each of the committees. The committees will accomplish tasks like planting trees, learning about greenhouse...

Also, this step needs to include a gathering of all the contact information from all the members so that a contact distribution list can be created in order to make group announcements. The next step in the meeting would simply to be to adjourn the meeting.
The eighth step would be for the president to make an announcement about the first meeting and include the notes from the meeting so everyone can have access to what was covered in the meeting.

The final step would be to have the next meeting and see which of the tasks were accomplished and which were not. The next step would be to welcome all the new members as well as gather their contact information. These members should also be informed of the committees. Now the group should be a fully functioning organization that is up and running.
