I discovered that if I was to maintain my professional designation, I had to keep learning, exploring and self critiquing.

Self-confidence
My confidence fires me on. I stay alert and up to new challenges and tasks. I keep moving, even in the rare cases when I fall. Im intrinsically motivated.
