I believe that in the future I will be able to use these concepts effectively. I will be able to evaluate situations better myself, but in addition I feel that I will be a better leader as the result of this course because I will be better able to understand the ethical perspectives of others as well. The two main schools of utilitarianism and deontological ethics underpin most ethical arguments, something I have noticed since I have taken this course. It is good to know where other people are coming from when they make an argument, so I feel that this has been a very valuable course for me and something that I will make use of in the future.

In conclusion, I believe that I have achieved the course objectives. I have grasped the core ethical theories, learned about privacy and studied the issue of discrimination....

These issues are more complex than I had previously believed and through this course I have been better able to understand and articulate my own views on these subjects. I have understood the issues with respect to workplace safety as well. All of these different concepts have helped me to effectively apply basic ethical thought to real world issues. One of the things I wanted to get out of this course, in addition to the course objectives, was to improve my leadership skills by being able to understand the views of others and to make the best decisions possible. I believe that the knowledge I have acquired in this course will help me to do just this.
