Habits and routines have a profound influence on our behavior and can serve to improve or decline our health. My daily routine is consistent but also busy, which makes it difficult to fit in exercise most of the time. In addition, my sleeping habits impact my health as lack of sleep often contributes to the depletion of my energy by the end of the day. This lack of energy makes it difficult for me to work out as well. My eating habits also influence my health, but in a positive way.
