Employees from these groups can provide insights into cultural nuances, preferences, and buying behaviors. This understanding can be leveraged to improve product development, design effective marketing strategies, and deliver superior customer service (Siegel et al., 2019).

Another benefit is related to the company's brand image and reputation. Companies that are seen as inclusive and diverse can enhance their brand image and reputation. This not only attracts more customers but also draws in more talent, creating a virtuous cycle of growth and success. Plus, in many markets, there are also regulatory requirements encouraging or demanding certain levels of diversity. Still, companies must also strive to create an inclusive workplace culture where everyone feels valued and has equal opportunities.
